Prime Car Wash

I couldn’t be happier with the service! My vehicle looks better than it has in years. The exterior wash left an incredible shine, and every inch of the interior was cleaned with great attention to detail. They got into all the hard-to-reach places, removed dirt and dust I thought would never come out, and left the inside looking and smelling fresh. The staff was professional, friendly, and took pride in their work. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction and treating every vehicle like it’s their own. If you’re looking for a high-quality car wash and interior detail, I highly recommend giving them a try. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends!

I came to this car wash again today to give it another try. While the employees are friendly, the quality of service is poor. I shared this when the woman taking my payment suggested that I purchase their car books. I think it’s a reasonable price, when the service is done well. She noted that she’ll have the people cleaning the car take a better look this time around. This time was notably worse with not just the vacuum issues, but the water spots all across my windshield from the wash and my driver’s side mat not locked back into place, which is a hazard. There was still dirt the right side of my car. For $50 and tipping, I would like to have had a better experience. It such a shame since the employees are so nice.

The checklist they are supposed to go over at the end included something about the floor mats. When I got in my car, all of my floor mats were missing and I had to track someone down to find them. There were leaves in my cup holder, dust on my GPS screen and whatever cleaner they used on my dashboard still looks wet over 12 hours later. Total price for exterior and interior was $39. The quality of the service was more like $0.39 truly.

I own the unlimited wash and i decided to pay extra for the detail after. They left the car in worse condition than i gave it to them in. They left a track of mud on the door seal, left countless waterspots, and completly missed parts of the vehicle that only needed a quick wipe to remove a spot. I went inside to ask for them to clean the mud they left in my door seal along with other spots. They were very receptive and friendly when i did. They redid the car cleaning their shoe prints and wiping only some of the water spots off. Even after the second detail the car is still in worse condition than i gave it to them in which is unacceptable to me. I will not be continuing my subscription here as they do not seem to care about actually cleaning aside from the automated drive through wash.

Disappointed... I paid $180 for a car wash, an upgraded carpet shampoo, and an upgraded interior detail. I know my truck was dirty when I brought it in, but the amount of missed areas is disappointing. They didn't even lift up the arm rest and clean underneath it. They also splashed something all down the side of the truck. It's definitely cleaner than it was and the carpets are fine, however, for $180 I expected a lot less to be wrong. This is my second time going here and it's the second time things went wrong. Last time they asked me if I wanted to sign up for their monthly program. I said no, and then a month later I started getting charged for it. This place is 0-2. I suggest the car wash over on County Line in front of the mall. The line there is really long for a reason.
